HHS Conducts Presser Regarding the 2019-nCoV Outbreak
Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex M. Azar held a press conference today focused on the ongoing impact of the novel coronavirus 2019-nCoV outbreak.
During this conference on January 28, 2020, HHS Secretary Azar was alongside the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Robert R. Redfield, M.D., National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD) Director Nancy Messonnier, M.D., and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director Anthony Fauci, M.D.
This press conference provided further details on the HHS's coordinated public health response to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus.
