Greece's Prime Minister 'Will Be First in the Coronavirus Vaccination Line'

Greece's Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced during press statements on September 14, 2020, 'his absolute conviction that the vaccine would be safe, he added that if needed for symbolic reasons, he would be the first to make the vaccine “with joy,” as would his family,' reported Greek News.
Mitsotakis added that Greece is in all the vaccine pre-purchase contracts, which will be available free of charge to the citizens, as are face-masks. In particular, the Prime Minister spoke about “vaccines” in a plural number, announcing that Greece is in all pre-purchase contracts.
In 2020, Greece has confirmed about 13,000 SARS-CoV-2 virus cases resulting in 305 fatalities related to COVID-19 disease.
