I'll Take a Hot Dog, Cold Beer, and Coronavirus Test While Watching the Astros

On your next visit to the Houston Minute Maid Park, baseball fans can easily schedule a free coronavirus test. The Houston Astros and Texas Division of Emergency Management have teamed up to offer 2,000 free COVID-19 tests per day, seven days a week. These COVID-19 tests are mouth swab tests that do not require assistance.

"The State of Texas continues to work diligently to increase access to testing in communities that need it most," stated Governor Greg Abbott. "We are proud to partner with the Houston Astros to provide more testing in the city of Houston."
