COVID-19 Pandemic Increased Flu Shot Demand

A new Walgreens survey conducted online in August 2020 by The Harris Poll, reveals that for many, the COVID-19 pandemic has created urgency around getting this year’s flu vaccine.
 
The Walgreens survey announced on October 8, 2020, showed that 32% of all U.S. adults say they are more likely to get a flu shot this year than in previous years. Most survey respondents want to do 'everything they can to stay healthy during the pandemic (61%).'
