Guangzhou China Bans Frozen Food Imports Over Coronavirus Fears

The capital of China’s southern Guangdong province, Guangzhou, has suspended imports of frozen meat, fish, and seafood from coronavirus-hit countries, as refrigerated food is investigated as a possible carrier of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, reported the Financial Times on August 17, 2020.
